30-Day Leasing Guarantee
If we do not lease your property within 30 days of listing it for rent, we waive your first month’s management fee ($99).
Available only with ongoing Rent Core property management. Leasing-only service is excluded. This waiver applies to the management fee, not the separate leasing fee.
Clear Pricing
Management is $99 per month. Leasing with management is $399 per placement. Leasing only is $499 per placement, with no monthly management fee.
No setup, lease renewal, or quarterly administration fees.

Ongoing management includes tenant communication, owner statements, and maintenance coordination.
Free Replacement Leasing After Eviction
If a tenant placed by Rent Core is evicted during any lease term, we find a replacement tenant at no additional leasing fee while the property remains under ongoing Rent Core management.
Applies only to eviction—not voluntary move-outs, early lease breaks without eviction, or lease expiration. Leasing-only service is excluded. Eviction filing costs are not covered; the regular management fee remains unchanged.
